Suson Park Field Trip

Mon., 5/20/13 Native American Extraviganza!

We visited this teepee with artifacts included. The class were fabulous listeners for our guest speaker. They also asked extremely interesting questions. I was very proud of them!

5/20/13 - 5/23/13

We made it! It is hard to believe, but the last week is here. I don't really think it has sunk in! Even though we are wrapping up, there will be a lot of activity.

Here's what's happening this week:
Mon. - Fourth and fifth grade strings will perform for our classroom; library for final turn in of books; special Indian village presentation out on the Sappington grounds;
Tues. - Wrapping up social studies;
Wed. - Field trip to Suson Park with our kindergarden buddies;
Thurs. - Farewell assembly; Fly Up Day; Last day of school;

Thanks for all that you have done to assist your children this year, parents. Many third graders and third grade teachers hope to connect this summer weekly at the St. Louis County Library. Look for more information concerning this to come home with your child by Wednesday!
